Very good location, very nice and helpful staff. Brother Maged upgraded us to a family room which was amazing and had an amazing almost panoramic view of the Mosque. Brother Yunus who was always on our floor to look after all our needs was amazing. Thanks so much for a pleasant stay.

The hotel was clean and the staff were ever helpful especially Yunus who prepared our room was ever helpful. The receptionist were helpful. The hotel location to Haraam was exceptional only 2 miinutes walk. Will stay again the same hotel next time inshaallah.

Everything was perfect. Clean nice hotel, very well located, great staff. Shower was good, bed was good, AC was working nice. Special thanks to Yunus for his kindness, availability and professionalism. The hotel is located on the sightseeing bus line that we did.

The ease of communication with the local staff was exceptionally well. When I came to Saudia in 2017, the communication with the staff used to be a little challenging but I was impressed by the ladies and gents staff who were exceptional with customer service. Very accommodating and in the end I dont think its about the stars that a hotel has that matters, its the service the hotel provides and literally they made me feel so warm and like friends or family. My family was really happy with the hotel. The view we got of the Haram was mesmerizing. Allhumdulillah and JazaakAllah khair.

Close proximity to haram. Neat and clean beds. We were upgraded free of charge to deluxe suite since we stayed in the same hotel, the week before. Thanks to the management for their kind gesture. Good enough size room with great concierge. Will definitely go again. The helpful receptionist allowed us to check-in early. Quite many shops in the area to buy souvenirs.

The staff is very friendly. The girls at the reception are very respectful, friendly and helpful. The payment took a bit time because we forgot to change money. They helped us. Thank you! Everything from check-in to room service got free upgrade to a bigger room and a big shout out to ANWER what a gentleman always big smile on his face and made our stay very enjoyable and definitely will stay there again. Location was great too

I was able to park at the hotel earlier in the day. I was given the room earlier too. I was traveling with a child so this made a huge difference in our experience. I was given a good room, facing towards to mosque. The hotel is a short walk away from the mosque. The girl at the reception, Danah, was exceptionally polite and pleasant to deal with. I would happily stay here again.
